Propifi & Social Housing Gateway (SHG)

Good Afternoon,

 

I'm pleased to share recent photographs.

This is the first development to be completed under The Social Housing Gateway umbrella. A small development comprising of 9 x 2-bed apartments, located twenty minutes from Liverpool city centre and scheduled to be completed at the end of December 2023.

 

The previous developer had almost completed the development but then went bankrupt, leaving the properties unfinished and abandoned for years.  Sadly, the site was the victim of many anti-social behaviour events, including fire damage, broken windows, two apartments almost completely destroyed, copper and piping and wiring removed, fly-tipping, etc.

 

Liverpool City Council have been extremely happy to see the redevelopment taking place and nearing completion. These apartments will be handed over next month for much-needed social housing via Social Housing Gateway. 

 

This development is the first of many currently underway for SHG.
